Exchange Students Admission

Çankaya University has exchange agreements with several major universities in the U.S.A. and Europe. Some of the exchange agreements are limited to specific departments but most allow students to choose courses at Çankaya University from all faculties and schools.

If your home university has an exchange agreement with Çankaya University, you are invited to apply to Çankaya University as an exchange student. Students are recommended to apply Çankaya University contacting the International Relations Office of their home universities.

Exchange programs are coordinated under two main titles: Socrates-Erasmus Program (Erasmus University Charter) and through bilateral exchange agreements. Students who are currently enrolled in a partner university, may apply to attend Çankaya University as an "exchange student". To apply as an exchange student;

  • You should be a full-time student at your home University,
  • Your home university and Çankaya University should have an exchange agreement either in the form of Socrates-Erasmus or general bilateral,
  • Your university must nominate you,

Çankaya University is an English medium university. Therefore, applicants are required to provide a proof of their proficiency in English by presenting their TOEFL scores (213 or above) or other internationally accepted proficiency examination scores (IELTS or FCE or CPE)

The most important advantages of having exchange agreements among the universities for students are, no tuition will be asked at Host University and credits and grades can be easily transferred to the home university.
