Applicants may transfer to Çankaya University from an accredited university under the following conditions:

• The applicant must have successfully completed at least one full year (two semesters) at an accredited university. No transfers are allowed for the fershman year. The academic standards and the course structure of the universty must be equivalent to those of Çankaya University.

• Transfer applications submitted to the Registrar's Office must be completed until the end of August.

• Credits earned at another university are taken into consideration when determining a transfer student's requirements for graduation from Çankaya University. However, in order to graduate from Çankaya University, the student must have completed at least his/her final two semesters at Çankaya University.
