Cap and Gown Distribution for Students Attending the Graduation Ceremony
For the 2025-2026 Academic Year graduates, the caps and gowns for the graduates who will attend the Graduation Ceremony to be held on 28 June 2026, will be delivered to the department/institute/vocational school secretariats by the Equipment Directorate by considering the number of students.
Students can obtain their caps and gowns from their respective department, institute or vocational school secretary by paying a deposit of 800 TL (700 TL for the gown + 100 TL for the cap) between 11 May - 12 June 2026. The delivery of caps and gowns is not mandatory. Students who want to return their caps and gowns to the place that they acquired their caps and gowns between 01 - 10 July 2026 for a refund of their deposit. Returns of caps and gowns will not be accepted after 10 July 2026.
The announcement list for Graduation Day will be prepared based on the list of students who will have obtained their caps and gowns as mentioned above. Students already in possession of caps and gowns from previous years are certainly required to contact a secretary of their respective department, institute or vocational school.
Caps and gowns will not be provided after 12 June 2026. Therefore, any students without caps and gowns after that date will not be able to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
